Job Description
Performs testing on production and requested samples to required test methods.
Job Type: Full time, onsite
Responsibilities
- Conform to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform physical testing on fabrics in accordance with ASTM, Federal, Military, AATCC, company and/or customer test methods
- Enter test data into database and clearly communicate results to required personnel
- Maintain testing equipment, performing periodic calibration checks, as required
- Maintain lab records, including storage of records and sample retains, per procedure
- Answer inquires regarding test results and factors that influence test results
- All other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two years’ experience in a quality function
- Pre-employment physical, drug screen & background check required

Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations.
- The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
