Position Summary- To participate in the production of plastic molded parts
Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Operates injection molding and auxiliary equipment and performs secondary operations while maintain predetermined productivity rates.
- Reads, understands and follows the written instructions including routine cleaning of the molds
- Prepares and maintains accurate production records and follows MNR&P related procedures. (NP Charts, transfer logs, use of color coded bins, weigh scale procedures, BPCS clocking)

Follows company safety policies and procedures
Initiates and participates in continuous improvement efforts
Maintains a clean work environment including line clearance, press cleanliness, part containment and 5S tasks
Communicates respectfully with all team members in both verbal and written form
Responds to press alarms as needed per instructions
Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives
Has frequent contact with the Shift Supervisor, Operations Manager, Shift team members and other individuals throughout the plant and office.
Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED

Physical capabilities involved with performing all job- related tasks.
Must be able to lift/carry 40 lbs.
Ability to read and understand English written work instructions.
Basic Math Skills
Basic Computer data entry
