Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies
- Assist in medical procedures such as spinal taps, IV insertions, and mammography screenings
- Manage cases involving critical care, occupational health, senior care, infectious diseases, and urgent care
- Utilize electronic health record systems accurate documentation
- Provide effective case management to ensure continuity of car
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Previous experience in areas such as critical care, occupational health, senior care, mammography, infectious disease care, and urgent care is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
