Job Overview
We are seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team at a fantastic golf course. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while serving beverages and snacks to golfers on the course.
Duties
- Drive the beverage cart around the golf course to offer beverages and snacks to golfers
- Maintain a clean and organized cart, ensuring all products are properly stocked
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, promoting additional sales through upselling techniques
Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as a quick-service fast-food restaurant
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
