B2B OUTSIDE FIELD SALES MANAGER
This is an exciting opportunity to continue expanding the Ohio Market. Our partnership is working with one of Trelevate's national clients . You’ll be leading a growing tream across Columbus with expansion into other markets. We need a coach, and sales driver to continue the momentum, and help reps win.
Leadership Role
- Train and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
- Develop hunter closers focused on new acquisition
- Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
- Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management
- Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance
Who You Are
- 3 years training B2B field sales (in the field)
- Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers
- Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
- High energy, confident, and leads by example
Compensation Overview
- $80K - $125K OTE (base salary commissions training overrides)
