What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential candidates and spark conversations about new opportunities
- Conduct friendly, informative interviews and help guide applicants through the process
- Use job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creativity to find great talent
- Coordinate interviews and support both candidates and hiring managers
- Keep our ATS organized and up to date (we like a tidy system!)
- Represent Trelevate’s values, culture, and growth-focused mindset
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for helping people
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking with candidates
- Team-first mentality - you enjoy working with and supporting others
- Tech-savvy with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic tools
- Comfortable making calls and joining video interviews
- Experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
