Job Description: The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for leading the business development and marketing teams, setting long-term commercial strategy, achieving revenue growth and profitability targets, developing commercial talent, and collaborating with internal and global peers to drive the business forward.
- Strategic Commercial Leadership - Lead the development and execution of long-term commercial strategy, driving business expansion into key growth markets (such as life sciences, biopharma, and the power industry) and securing resources through effective corporate-level planning.
- Team and Talent Management - Manage a team of direct reports in sales and business development, focusing on coaching, performance monitoring, succession planning, and orchestrating internal teams to successfully drive complex sales cycles.
- New Business Acquisition and Accountability - Be accountable for achieving annual revenue growth and profitability targets by implementing systems to identify new customer segments and building long-term, management-level relationships with key accounts.
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, with experience working on go-to-market and business development initiatives.
- Must have: Industrial B2B Sales Experience: experience with fluid systems or a adjacent technical field is a nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and performance metrics.
Location: This is a hybrid work environment where candidates will report to an Allentown, PA office 2-3x/week and work in the field 2-3x/week
