Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant  – Serialization & ATTP
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite once in a week only)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in Serialization and SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementations within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments, along with deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and end-to-end serialization processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations including design, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and production support.

• Manage and configure SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes such as inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management.

• Work on RF framework, warehouse monitoring, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

• Implement and support SAP Serialization and SAP ATTP solutions to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

• Integrate SAP EWM with ATTP, ERP/S/4HANA, Transportation Management (TM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations including DSCSA and EU FMD.

• Apply GS1 standards across serialization processes including aggregation, commissioning, packing, shipping, and verification.

• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.

• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.

• Support integrations with third-party warehouse automation systems.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 14  years of overall SAP experience.

• Minimum 8  years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and support experience.

• Strong expertise in SAP EWM including warehouse processes and inventory management.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Serialization and SAP ATTP.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences domain (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of GS1 standards and global serialization regulations.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM Certification.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.

• Exposure to global pharmaceutical clients such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Novartis, GSK, AbbVie, Merck, Amgen, or similar organizations.

• Experience in AMS support, production support, and global rollout programs.
