Role: Product Manager/Owner
Location: Fort Worth, TX – Onsite – F2F Interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on Product Transformation Coaching to Product Managers, Product Owners, product leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Apply strong Airline Product Management experience to guide teams in developing customer-centric products and digital solutions.
- Align product strategy and roadmaps with business objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
- Coach teams to prioritize outcomes over outputs and improve value delivery.
- Work with product leaders and executives to strengthen product thinking, strategy execution, and modern product operating models.
- Apply multiple coaching stances, including mentor, advisor, facilitator, and coach, based on team and leadership maturity.
- Assess product team maturity and identify opportunities for improvement across product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
- Drive adoption of modern Product Management, Agile, and Lean practices across enterprise teams.
- Facilitate product strategy, prioritization, roadmap, discovery, and outcome-based planning sessions.
- Partner with multiple squads and stakeholders to improve alignment, speed, collaboration, and customer value.
- Coach teams through organizational and behavioral change to ensure sustainable adoption of the product operating model.
- Help establish and improve product coaching standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Mentor other Product Coaches and contribute to building a high-performing product coaching practice.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in IT Product Management / Product Ownership.
- Proven experience in Product Transformation Coaching.
- Strong Airline Product Management experience is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Agile/Lean certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, ICP-APO, Lean, or equivalent.
- Experience coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, product leaders, and executives.
- Strong knowledge of product strategy, customer-centricity, product discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and outcome-based delivery.
- Experience working across enterprise-level, multi-squad product environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
