Job Title: .NET Developer / Application Support Engineer

Location: Boston, MA -Hybrid 



Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies. 

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects. 

• Integrate third-party and internal systems using REST and SOAP APIs. 

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support. 

• Monitor application performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. 

• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations. 

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. 

• Develop and maintain reports using Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools. 

• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development. 

• Manage source code using Git/GitHub and support CI/CD processes. 

• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures. 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core. 

• Proficiency in SQL Server and database design concepts. 

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services. 

• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control. 

• Knowledge of Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools. 

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. 

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
