Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Workfront Architect / Configuration Specialist with 10-12 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Adobe Workfront architecture, administration, configuration, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable workflow solutions within the Adobe Workfront platform to support enterprise-wide marketing, creative, and project management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define enterprise Workfront architecture, including object hierarchy, governance models, user management, and licensing strategy.
- Configure and maintain Workfront objects such as project templates, layout templates, request queues, custom forms, statuses, job roles, approval workflows, and routing logic.
- Build scalable solutions to streamline project execution and resource management.
- Identify integration opportunities with third-party applications and implement automation using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics for business stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support deployment validation as a Workfront Group Administrator.
- Create and maintain Workfront user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Build and automate data processes across Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Slides, Drive) using Workfront-GSuite integrations.
- Support marketing and content operations through workflow automation and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workfront Architect, Workfront Administrator, Workfront Consultant, or Configuration Specialist.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and workflow automation.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Workfront solutions.
- Strong understanding of Workfront reporting, dashboards, custom forms, request queues, and approval processes.
- Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of creative production, marketing operations, and content management workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – Adobe Workfront.
- Adobe Workfront Administrator Certification.
- Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification.
- Experience supporting large enterprise marketing and creative operations.
