Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, promote Agile best practices, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sprint delivery.

The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, helping teams improve velocity, quality, and continuous delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:

• Sprint Planning

• Daily Stand-ups

• Sprint Reviews

• Retrospectives

• Backlog Refinement

• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban best practices

• Remove team impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution

• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs

• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics such as:

• Velocity

• Burndown charts

• Sprint goals

• Team capacity

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile team

• Ensure transparency between business stakeholders and development teams

• Support release planning and roadmap execution

• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business teams

• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams

• Expertise with Agile tools:

• JIRA

• Confluence

• Azure DevOps

• Rally

• Experience in SAFe / scaled Agile environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with software development teams in Java, .NET, Cloud, or DevOps environments

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
