Junior Scrum Master -- Onsite -- Only Independent Visa

Role: Junior Scrum Master 

Location: Onsite -NJ


 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies: 

• Daily Stand-ups 

• Sprint Planning 

• Sprint Reviews 

• Retrospectives 

• Support the team in following Agile Software Development and Scrum practices 

• Help identify and remove impediments affecting team progress 

• Track sprint progress and team performance using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps 

• Assist in backlog refinement with the Product Owner 

• Promote collaboration and communication within the team 

• Maintain Scrum artifacts (burndown charts, sprint backlog, etc.) 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Scrum and Agile principles 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Good organizational and time management abilities 

• Problem-solving mindset 

• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT, Computer Science, or related field)
