Role: EPS Analyst – Patch Management Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ / Columbus OH - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer patch management for servers, workstations, and enterprise devices

• Design, build, and deploy software updates and patch packages

• Monitor and remediate system vulnerabilities across environments

• Manage incident, task, and change tickets using ServiceNow

• Track and report KRIs, SLAs, and vulnerability metrics

• Collaborate with IT, business users, and support teams for remediation efforts

• Perform patch testing, deployment, and validation activities

• Participate in process improvements to enhance patching efficiency and system stability

• Support enterprise patch services (EPS) initiatives and projects

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field

• 3  years of experience in:

• Patch Management / Vulnerability Management

• IT Operations / Application Support / Networking

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

 

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)

• Microsoft Intune

• ServiceNow

• Power BI

• Rapid7

• Patch My PC

• PowerShell scripting

• Windows OS & Active Directory (AD)

• Azure (basic knowledge)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Linux environments

• Knowledge of containerization or modern endpoint security practices

• Understanding of vulnerability remediation frameworks

• Experience in Banking / Financial domain
