Role : EPS Analyst – Patch Management Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ / Columbus, OH -Onsite
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
3 years in IT (Vulnerability Management / Application Support / Networking / Operations)
Strong analytical & communication skills
Banking/Financial Domain Experience (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Administer patch management for servers, workstations & enterprise systems
Manage Incident, Task & Change tickets
Track KRIs, SLAs & vulnerability metrics
Coordinate with business users & IT teams for remediation
Design, build & deploy patch updates and application installs
Support EPS projects & cross-functional initiatives
Improve processes for vulnerability remediation & system stability
Tools & Technologies:
SCCM / MECM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
ServiceNow
Intune, Azure
Power BI
PowerShell
Windows OS
Active Directory (AD)
