Qualifications Each Team Member is a crucial part of his or her store and provides Treats Unleashed's customers with top-notch service and solutions to non-veterinary questions about their pets. You must care about helping to improve lives of pets and their owners.

Our Team Members are committed to expanding their knowledge of domestic pets, dogs and cats in particular. We are looking for individuals who are willing and able to proactively engage our customers and to provide a wonderful shopping experience for them.

Our Team Members are flexible, have good judgment, and work together to ensure that Treats Unleashed's stores are clean, delightful and helpful places for customers and staff to shop, work, and build relationships.

Duties include:

· Provides every pet owner with an educational and enjoyable visit.

· Treats every customer and co-worker with friendliness and respect.

· Prepares fresh-baked treats and cakes by following the recipe and customer requirements.

· Provides every customer with as much or as little help as he or she wants.

· Shares information with customers, learns from them and acts with good judgment to help them.

· Continually learns how, when and for what situations to recommend products for sale in the store.

· Successfully participates in required initial and on-going training.

· Actively participates in inventory maintenance including receiving, rotating, restocking, fronting, facing and cleaning.

· Works with Store Manager to ensure that all items are in stock.

· Helps train and teach new staff, works with all staff in a manner that contributes to the success of the entire team.

· Carries customers purchases to their cars.

· Works safely and helps maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Physical Requirements You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis in order to stock the store and to do carry-outs for customers. This is an active role which requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
