What are the responsibilities and job description for the Haunted Attraction Operations Staff - Ridgefield position at Treadway Events & Entertainment LLC?
REPORTS TO: Show Manager
SUMMARY: We are searching for customer-focused operational support staff to assist with the following positions at Cinema of Horrors Drive-In Experience taking place at the Clark County Fairgrounds.
The attraction is open the following October 2026 weeks:
- October 7-11, 14-18, 21-25 & 28-31st, 2026
**Some positions require more or less hours**
- Box Office Staff (scanning in tickets, instructing guests, answering questions, ensuring event entry lines move efficiently)
- Merchandise & Concessions Sales Associates (handing cash sales, ringing up items on tablet-based POS systems, updating inventory, folding items, bagging, issuing receipts, upselling, maintaining the cleanliness of tables and interior, and more.)
- Parking Team (directing 200-250 vehicles during the initial load-in phase and ensuring all are appropriately parked with hatches level, checking in with cars parked near each other to ensure guests are happy and there are no obstructions, aligning cones.)
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- Required Age is 18
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc) for a short distance
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
- Top-notch verbal communication skills
- Interest in Halloween and haunted attractions encouraged
- Creative, tenacious, trustworthy, and reliable
- Reliable transportation to/from event location
- Full Wednesday-Sunday availability in October including on Halloween from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm – No exceptions.
