Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in York, PA for a full-time, on-site position. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing plans, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards, coordinating with various departments, and fostering strong communication among stakeholders. The role involves providing technical expertise in structural engineering and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Engineering, with experience in project planning and execution
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates expertise in Structural Engineering, with a solid understanding of principles, systems, and codes
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within specified timelines
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools relevant to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Structural/ Architectural/ Civil or relevant discipline); Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Previous experience in design of precast/ prestressed concrete is advantageous
