What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales, Parking Structures Group position at TRC Worldwide Engineering Inc?
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. has a great opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to lead our Parking Structures Group.
The Sales representative is responsible for networking and building relationships with potential clients and uncovering upcoming parking structure projects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Development and execution of a sales plan
- Client maintenance, lead generation and tracking
- Proposal preparation, negotiations and presentations
- This position will require travel to various client meetings and events, and may require occasional overnight travel
Experience and qualifications:
- Experience in sales and/or business development in the A/E/C industry
- Prior experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
- Is a proven producer with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Prior marketing and/or business development experience with U.S.-based corporations, hospitals and higher education institutions, a plus.
Location: The position can be located in either Allentown, PA or Brentwood, TN
