Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and guide cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support project success
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10–15 years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
