TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading SAP and supply chain consulting firm to hire an SAP Finance (FICO) Consultant. This role will support SAP S/4HANA modernization initiatives, providing hands-on Finance configuration, solution design, and functional leadership for mission-critical client environments.

- Lead SAP Finance solution design, configuration, and implementation activities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Funds Management.
- Serve as the functional lead for Finance workstreams and provide guidance on complex business and system challenges.
- Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities, risks, and functional gaps.
- Partner with architects, developers, BASIS teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
- Lead testing efforts, including test planning, defect resolution, UAT support, and stabilization activities.
- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP Finance environments.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support for Finance-related processes.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documentation.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of SAP Finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
- Strong experience supporting SAP Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
- Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Experience leading testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
