Sacred Heart Parish, Moline, IL is now hiring a Director of Finance. This is a part-time position (25-29 hours a week)
Duties include
- Assist the pastor and finance committee with all financial matters for the parish
- Budgeting
- Keeping of ledgers
- Paying of bills
- Making weekly bank deposits (requiring you own transportation)
- Other routine financial activities
Education
- Applicants should be comfortable with accounting software, have good communication skills, and be able to work with the parish ministerial team.
- A BA in accounting is preferred, but previous experience managing finances fora business, will be considered.
Compensation
- between $23,000 and $26,000, depending upon experience.
