Summary
The Processing Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing brokerage account documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of requests. This role works closely with financial professionals, custodians, clearing firms, and internal teams to support efficient account operations and deliver a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Process brokerage account documentation accurately and within established service timelines
- Review incoming documentation for completeness and compliance with firm requirements
- Answer inbound calls from financial professionals in a professional and timely manner
- Validate transactions against firm policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for processed transactions
- Communicate with financial advisors, custodians, clearing firms, and external partners regarding account requests
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and financial professionals
- Support operational efficiency and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the processing lifecycle
