Administrative Assistant (Financial Services)
Financial planning firm located in Huntersville, NC is expanding its operations team and is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Sr. financial advisor and founding partner. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
- Support client onboarding, account setup, transfers, and service requests
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with follow-up tasks
- Coordinate with custodians and vendors to process requests efficiently
- Assist with RMD processing and annuity-related support
- Provide administrative and operational support to advisors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of financial services or client service experience
- Wealth management or financial planning experience preferred
- Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
