Travis Insurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Woodbridge office. This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance experience or someone who is looking to start a career in insurance. We provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed!
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $19/hour
Benefits: Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Paid Sick Days
Probation Period: 90 days
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in providing excellent customer service, supporting daily office operations, and helping maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering client calls, assisting with questions, and providing professional customer service
- Supporting policy retention by maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for clients
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining accurate client records and policy documents
- Following up with clients regarding past-due payments through phone calls and text messages
- Assisting with underwriting-related tasks for existing clients
- Reviewing and verifying information regarding potential youthful drivers, household members, and policy updates
- Communicating with clients to gather required information and documentation
- Assisting licensed agents with daily administrative and customer service needs
- Helping ensure office tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
