Customer Service Representative

Seeking a friendly outgoing Customer Service Professional for an established Electrical Contractor located in the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. You will work in a busy team atmosphere, answer calls from residential and commercial clients, book & schedule the call as well as dispatch technicians. We are looking for candidates that can have fun, make the customer happy and be focused to get the job done!

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency at the Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially: Outlook, Excel & Microsoft Word are required
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency desirable
• Associates degree is preferred
• Monday through Friday position
