Travel Abundance is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven professional for the role of Office Manager – Admin & Systems. This is a critical support position, the operational backbone of our agency—designed for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and keeping systems running smoothly.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining systems, and making small, practical improvements to how work gets done.
As a premier luxury travel consultancy, our reputation is built on precision, responsiveness, and exceptional service. In this role, you will support our Travel Advisors by ensuring our financial processes, systems, and day-to-day operations run efficiently and accurately.
You will work across QuickBooks, CRM systems, and internal tools to maintain structure, support workflows, and help improve operational efficiency over time.
This is not a system rebuild role—it’s about executing consistently while improving processes incrementally.
Financial Operations
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Track commissions and support advisor payouts
- Perform reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with international vendor payments and basic cash flow tracking
- Maintain CRM data (TESS) and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support internal systems including email, reporting tools, and basic website updates
- Keep files, records, and workflows organized and up to date
- Support Travel Advisors with administrative and operational needs
- Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and maintaining workflow continuity
- Identify small opportunities to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
- Use tools (including AI where appropriate) to streamline repetitive tasks
- Support ongoing improvements without overcomplicating workflows
Core Skills
- Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
- Background in administrative, accounting, or operations support roles
- Experience with reconciliations, bookkeeping, or financial tracking
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Execution-focused and dependable
- Comfortable handling repetitive, detail-oriented work
- Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Comfortable learning and using new tools
- Interest in improving workflows and efficiency
- Experience using or experimenting with AI tools is a plus
Position Details- Type: W2 Employee, Part-Time.
- Location: Hybrid (Austin/Lake Travis area preferred).
- Compensation: Flat salary based on experience and demonstrated abilities, with performance-based annual bonuses.
