Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to serve as the front-line representative of the firm while overseeing day-to-day front office operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience, supporting internal workflows, and helping keep the office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients (in-person, phone, and email)
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries
- Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and document flow
- Assist tax professionals by anticipating needs and supporting workflow
- Prepare, track, and send invoices; assist with payment tracking and follow-up
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including posting journal entries and reconciling payments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with general office operations and administrative projects
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) experience
- 5 years of administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
Preferred:
- Experience in a CPA firm or accounting environment
- Basic accounting knowledge (journal entries, reconciliations)
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
