What You'll Coordinate
- Manage calendars, appointments, shared inboxes, routine correspondence, and administrative requests in the Administrative Assistant role at Travel Congress.
- Prepare, proofread, organize, and distribute documents, spreadsheets, meeting notes, presentations, and routine reports as part of the Administrative Assistant role at Travel Congress.
- Maintain orderly digital filing systems, contact lists, trackers, templates, and reference documents across conference and attendee operations in this Administrative Assistant position.
- Schedule meetings, confirm participants, organize agendas, and follow up on action items and pending requests for the Travel Congress team as part of Administrative Assistant work.
- Coordinate routine requests with internal teams, customers, vendors, or partners and route issues to the correct owner while supporting conference and attendee operations in the Administrative Assistant role at Travel Congress.
- Handle confidential company information carefully and keep accurate records of completed administrative work as part of day-to-day Administrative Assistant responsibilities at Travel Congress.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant office or administrative experience is helpful for the Administrative Assistant opening at Travel Congress.
