Forklift Operator

We’re looking for a Forklift Operator to help keep our production lines running smoothly by supplying materials, staging finished goods, and supporting our shipping and receiving operations.

What You’ll Do

• Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished products for storage or shipment
• Load and unload trucks in the shipping and receiving department
• Label, sort, organize, wrap, pack, and re-pack materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety, compliance, and product integrity
• Communicate with team members regarding product quality, food safety, and material handling
• Operate forklifts or other powered equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain current equipment certifications and complete required training
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including GMP, OSHA, and USDA standards
• Participate in sanitation and housekeeping tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience (current certification preferred)
• Experience in material handling, warehousing, or shipping/receiving is a plus
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (NC license required within 60 days of hire)
• Able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 60 lbs)
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and squatting
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime
