About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative / CDL Advisor, you’ll work with prospective students who have already expressed interest in our CDL training programs. Your goal is to inspire, guide, and enroll them in a new career path — helping them take that first step toward a better future.
This is a high-energy, high-volume sales role — you’ll make 50–100 outbound and follow-up calls per day, engaging with warm leads, and supporting motivated students throughout the admissions process. It’s a perfect fit for experienced B2C sales professionals who thrive on meaningful conversations, goal achievement, and making a real difference.
Note: This position does not require a CDL license.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective students through phone calls, texts, and emails (50–100 per day).
- Build strong relationships and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
- Explain training options, financing opportunities, and job placement support after graduation.
- Motivate and support students as they commit to starting their new career.
- Manage leads and track progress in our CRM (HubSpot) to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
- Represent TransTech with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- All leads are warm — there is no cold calling in this role.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2C sales experience (education, automotive, admissions, real estate, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven, confident closer with empathy and enthusiasm
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales background required
- Ability to work full-time, in-office
