Inside Sales Representative

Choice Waste Services is looking for an Entry Level Inside Sales Rep to join the team. Choice Waste is a growing, family owned, waste and recycling company based in Chester, Virginia. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a vital role in our sales process and ensure customer satisfaction in the process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: managing customer inquiries, giving quotes and data entry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and computer knowledge.

Job Duties:

• Gathering contract expiration dates, documenting existing customer concerns, and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service.
• Field incoming calls and assist customers with quotes for temporary waste removal services needed for their home or business.
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate Department/Outside Sales Representative when needed.
• Data entry. Enter new contracts, revised services and work orders for Sales Team as well as your own.
• Process payments when needed.

Qualifications:

• Solid Waste industry experience a plus, not required
