Position Description: Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for daily purchasing activities and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and information to the Purchasing Department as well as the entire organization.
Essential Functions*
Manage and maintain supply and asset inventory
Receive and distribute supplies
Procures select supplies and services
Reviewing and Dispatching Requisitions
Correcting, Completing and Processing POs/Invoices
Track and Correct POs that were processed incorrectly
Reviewing, Correcting and Processing Expense Reports
Maintain Assets
Maintain Purchasing Spreadsheets
Order/Return Employee Uniforms

Create POs
Receive and Distribute Materials
Shipping
Track Back Orders
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred
Purchasing experience; three years preferred
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Cooperation and flexibility
Strong customer focus and attention to detail
Ability to complete and pass all internal, position specific job and safety trainings required
Valid state DMV issued or valid foreign country issued drivers license
Working conditions
Standard office, climate controlled environment
Physical requirements
Ability to move objects that weight up to 50 pounds
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
