Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day office support including customer communication, data entry, and general administrative duties. This role is key in helping our team stay organized and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Maintain organized files and digital records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Support management with reports, scheduling, and correspondence
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
- QuickBooks desktop preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
