Key Responsibilities
- Support escrow officers throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and phone communication
- Assist with processing financial transactions and documentation
- Track timelines, resolve issues, and help navigate unexpected challenges
- Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
