What are the responsibilities and job description for the LADC/ADC-T Weekend position at Transformation House?
Are you passionate about helping others and making a lasting impact? Transformation House is seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Temporary (ADC-T) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. This position is for weekends & float.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions
- Perform the 12 core counseling functions
- Utilize the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension model
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings
Qualifications:
- Current MN LADC license or ADC-T temporary permit
- Ability to pass a DHS background study
- Experience with EMR (Procentive preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- 12 hours of co-occurring training within 6 months of hire (8 hours per year ongoing)
