What You'll Do:
Client Care & Medical Oversight
- Meet with new admissions within 24 hours to assess medical needs
- Respond to client medical and medication-related concerns
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with providers and pharmacies
Team Leadership
- Provide hands-on coverage when needed (as backup support)
- Facilitate staff development
Medication Management
- Verify and review all medication orders
- Train and monitor staff on safe medication practices
- Complete monthly MAR reviews
Training & Development
- Lead onboarding for new Recovery Tech staff
- Host monthly in-service trainings
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a strong, unified approach
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Be available on-call to respond to urgent issues
- Support operational needs through other assigned duties
What You Bring:
- Active LPN license (required)
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or recovery settings preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
