What are the responsibilities and job description for the LADC/ADC-T position at Abria Recovery?
Join the Abria Recovery team and help save and empower the lives of those affected by addiction! We are currently seeking a qualified, licensed professional (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to provide substance use and co-occurring mental health services in an outpatient setting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, education, and support to clients
• Provide individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, education, and support to clients
• Maintain a caseload of up to 16 clients. Caseload usually sits around 10 clients.
• Document services including initial service plan, comprehensive assessment, individual treatment plan, progress notes, discharge summary, and client records
• Attend clinical staff meetings
• Establish and maintain communication with client referrals, probation, social service agencies, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all 245G program requirements
• Provide coverage for other counseling staff
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC/ADC-T), or Dually Licensed: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/Professional (LICSW, LP, LMFT, and LPCC)
• Must have First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study
• Must have or obtain 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health training within six months of hire
• Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding employment
• Proficiency with technology and working knowledge of electronic health record systems, virtual meetings, Outlook emails, and calendars
