Join the Abria Recovery team and help save and empower the lives of those affected by addiction! We are currently seeking a qualified, licensed professional (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to provide substance use and co-occurring mental health services in an outpatient setting.

- Provide individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, education, and support to clients
- Maintain a caseload of up to 16 clients. Caseload usually sits around 10 clients.
- Document services including initial service plan, comprehensive assessment, individual treatment plan, progress notes, discharge summary, and client records
- Attend clinical staff meetings
- Establish and maintain communication with client referrals, probation, social service agencies, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all 245G program requirements
- Provide coverage for other counseling staff
- Other tasks as assigned
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC/ADC-T), or Dually Licensed: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/Professional (LICSW, LP, LMFT, and LPCC)
- Must have First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study
- Must have or obtain 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health training within six months of hire
- Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding employment
- Proficiency with technology and working knowledge of electronic health record systems, virtual meetings, Outlook emails, and calendars
