About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help build and scale the core systems powering our AI Voice Agent platform. As an early engineering hire, you’ll work across backend services, infrastructure, APIs, and integrations — shipping high-impact features and shaping the architecture of a rapidly expanding product.

What You’ll Do
• Build backend features and services that power our AI Voice Agents
• Integrate with PM/EHR systems and external APIs
• Contribute to AWS infrastructure, deployments, and reliability
• Work across telephony, conversation flows, routing logic, and practice workflows
• Own projects end-to-end — from design to deployment
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineering leadership
• Improve scalability, performance, and system architecture as usage grows
• Research and apply new AWS, telephony, and AI/LLM capabilities
Who You Are
• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fundamentals in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficient with JavaScript and Python
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, or similar)
• Strong backend development skills and API experience
• Effective communicator with a bias for ownership, clarity, and problem-solving
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
Bonus Points
• Telephony experience (Twilio, SIP, call routing)
• Experience with AI/LLMs or conversational systems
• Background integrating with PM/EHR systems
• Familiarity with observability, CI/CD, or distributed systems
• Prior work in early-stage startup environments
