You will help cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance patient engagement and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between Transform9 and assigned clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the Transform9 platform.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them maximize the use of our conversational agent to improve patient communication.
- Monitor account performance, gather insights, and proactively address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to share client feedback and contribute to product development for better solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, including upselling additional features or services.
- Experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels.
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs to tailor solutions that drive satisfaction and results.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to address client challenges proactively.
- Comfort with using CRM software and other tools to manage client accounts and track engagements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
