Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Waterloo, IA for a Welder. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks including stick welding, and MIG welding to maintain and repair railcars. Day-to-day tasks will include welding assemblies and sub-assemblies, inspecting welds for accuracy, ensuring welds meet safety standards.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Welding
- Experience in Stick Welding and MIG Welding
- Knowledge of different Materials used in welding processes
- Attention to detail and the ability to inspect and ensure welding quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications or training in welding is a plus
