Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bookkeeper at our office in Alpharetta, GA. The Bookkeeper will manage the company’s financial records, including maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Responsibilities also include generating financial reports, preparing journal entries, and assisting with audits or budgeting. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in high level Bookkeeping and managing Financial Statements.
- Experience as a controller and can work independently.
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of Finance and expertise in recording Journal Entries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial tasks.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
