Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Alpharetta, GA. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the organization's financial health by developing strategies, analyzing market trends, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include budgeting, bookkeeping, forecasting, financial analysis, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to provide actionable insights, managing payroll operations, and developing cost-saving initiatives to support the company's overarching goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting and familiarity with regulatory compliance
- Experience with cost management, expense optimization, and payroll administration
- Competence with accounting software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Prior experience in the construction or roofing industry is advantageous but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA designation is a plus
