Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000

As an Executive Assistant, you will work directly with our firm’s leaders as well as the other members of our team to execute and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a mixture of excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management savviness, executive presence, and a track record of successful operational and administrative support.

This is an exciting opportunity to welcome an Executive Assistant to the team that will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors while making sure clients receive seamless, proactive, and thoughtful service. A significant part of this role involves strategizing, planning, and executing client wealth management initiatives, along with delivering personalized client experiences. You will also be responsible for managing and actively scheduling both the advisors' calendars and the office calendar for the financial planning team.

As an Executive Assistant, you can expect to:
- Complete paperwork to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisors’ attention on the items that require their personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed.
- Execute firm marketing strategies.
- Maintain appropriate turnaround time on all items.
- Diligently manage operational tasks large and small.
- Coordinate the advisors’ calendar availability.
- Qualifications for this role include:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role(s)
- Marketing experience would be a strong plus
- Background in professional firms
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment delete not fast
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A positive, collaborative attitude and professionalism under pressure
