Responsibilities
- Import, review and reconcile production reports.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand variances in data and determine errors.
- Assist with deposits and cash application.
- Process payments from clients over the phone.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Assist with administrative credit and collection activities.
- Research and respond to client questions related to account and/or invoices.
- Microsoft Office skills required (including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams).
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in our beautiful Sioux Center, IA location.
- Strong customer service skills.
