What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Opportunities?
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have the primary task of reviewing customer sales tax exemption forms and entering them into the system. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will enjoy a flexible schedule, with the goal of keeping customer information as current and up-to-date as possible.
Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 (Based on experience).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer exemption forms for completeness.
- Follows-up with incomplete forms.
- Files the forms electronically in a specified directory.
- Completes the exemption setup in the system within a 5-7 day window.
- Communicates with customers and store personnel as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Training, Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Salary : $18 - $20
