What You’ll Do as an RBT

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 18 months–10 years

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Track progress and maintain accurate session notes

• Collaborate with BCBAs, Operations Managers, and your peers

• Bring patience, creativity, and energy to help each child shine

• In-person (South Austin clinic)

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB (required) 
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1 years of experience working with children in ABA, education, childcare, or related setting. 
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. 
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, ect.) 

Experience:

• Experience with children ages 18 months–10 years (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with a team of BCBAs, teachers, or healthcare professionals (a plus!)

Location & Commute

• Must be able to reliably commute to our South Austin clinic (78745)
• Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby sites

Salary : $18 - $24
