What You’ll Do as an RBT

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 18 months–10 years
-
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
-
Track progress and maintain accurate session notes

Collaborate with BCBAs, Operations Managers, and your peers

Bring patience, creativity, and energy to help each child shine

Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 years of experience working with children in ABA, education, childcare, or related setting.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, ect.)
Experience:
- Experience with children ages 18 months–10 years (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with a team of BCBAs, teachers, or healthcare professionals (a plus!)
Location & Commute
- Must be able to reliably commute to our South Austin clinic (78745)
- Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby sites
Salary : $18 - $24
