What You'll Do
-
Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clinic settings.
-
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
-
Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills.

Collect session data and complete documentation.

Partner with families and your clinical team.
Qualifications
Required

Active RBT Certification
-
Experience providing ABA therapy
-
Reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills
Preferred

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to Stand, bend, kneel and sit on the floor

Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 years of experience working with children in ABA, education, childcare, or related setting.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, ect.)
Experience:
- Experience with children ages 18 months–10 years (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with a team of BCBAs, teachers, or healthcare professionals (a plus!)
Location & Commute
- Must be able to reliably commute to our Dripping Springs clinic
- Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby sites
