Training Wheels ABA is expanding and hiring an additional Operations Manager to support our continued growth in the Austin area.
This is not a replacement role. This is a growth hire.

The Role
The Operations Manager is the operational leader of the center
You will partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure:

Efficient daily operations

Strong staff and client utilization
-
Revenue targets are met
-
Compliance standards are upheld
-
A positive, accountable team culture is maintained
This role owns scheduling oversight, onboarding coordination, KPI tracking, and operational performance reporting
You will report directly to the Director of Finance & Operations and collaborate weekly with clinic leadership
What We’re Looking For

4 years of healthcare or ABA operations experience

Strong financial and KPI tracking experience

Experience managing scheduling systems and utilization targets

Confident decision-maker who can prioritize and lead independently

High level of organization and communication

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance metrics
